- First, we will take impressions of your teeth and create whitening trays.
- Next, each time you whiten your teeth, you will fill your whitening trays with the prescription-strength gel we provide.
- Then, you’ll wear your trays for 20-30 minutes daily for about two weeks.
- That’s it! You can use any leftover whitening gel for touchups later on.
Pre-Filled Whitening Trays
If you want to start whitening your teeth immediately, we offer pre-filled whitening trays for your convenience. Here’s how they work:
- The pre-filled trays have the right amount of whitening product, so you place them on your upper and lower teeth and bite down to keep them in place.
- You’ll wear your trays for 15-20 minutes before removing them and throwing them away.
- Next, you’ll rinse any excess gel out of your mouth.
- You can repeat this process once a day for up to seven days.
